Museums

New Orleans history, fabulous art and more are highlighted at one of our esteemed museums.  We have updated the listings to give each museum's post-Katrina status. An "open" status indicates that the museum is open but does not necessarily mean that the museum is operating under its normal hours.

A "closed" status indicates that the museum is closed for repairs or was unable to be reached.

We update these listings daily and strive to maintain accuracy, however, please note many businesses continue to open throughout each day. As a result, some businesses not listed below may in fact be open.

If you own a business in New Orleans, you can let us know your company's status by sending an e-mail to bizupdates@notmc.com.
