Cabaret/Burlesque Clubs
At one time in our recent history, New Orleans was notorious for its risqué burlesque clubs. The names of the dancers and other burlesque entertainers are as legendary as their names were colorful. Some of them are even still alive today, and still performing!
Though not as plentiful as they were during Bourbon Street’s heyday, you can still find a number of the sassy, sexy ladies twirling their tassels in various clubs around the Quarter.
