Privacy Statement

New Orleans Online collects names, addresses and other contact information of people who sign up to enter contests, request an Official's Visitor's Guide and other publications, and subscribe to e-mail newsletters and promotional offers.

Site visitors who have voluntarily elected to be contacted via e-mail about upcoming events and promotional offers may receive this type of information from select members of the New Orleans hospitality industry such as hotels, attractions and restaurants.

Users may remove themselves from this mailing list at any time by following the instructions at the bottom of each correspondence.

If a site visitor requests a print publication (e.g. Official Visitor's Guide) on our registration form, the publisher may send them occasional offers related to New Orleans travel via US Mail.

If a site visitor does not request our e-mail newsletter, we will not contact that visitor by e-mail, nor will we share or sell any of that user's personal information except for a confirmation response, and in some cases we, or our research partner may send a one-time request to complete a short voluntary survey about a recent or upcoming visit to New Orleans.
