Family from television show, "Pit Bulls and Parolees", opened this dog-friendly joint to save pit bulls and other abused dogs in the Louisiana area. "Tahyo" is a cajun word that means "big, hungry dog." The tavern's motto is "You drink, they eat." For every drink sold, a dog is given a meal. So, bring your furry companion and enjoy a cajun meal in the heart of the French Quarter.
